I’ve previously used Stud’s Remodeling for several smaller jobs including a complete bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier with my decision to use them for my whole house renovation project. They coordinated all aspects of the project from the very beginning - working with the city to obtain all the permits – all the way through to the final painting and roofing.
They paid attention to so many details, saw potential beyond what currently existed in the house, and helped me maximize my budget to achieve the best possible outcomes. Their level of workmanship is exceptional, and that expectation is carried out by all the subcontractors as well. I needed to find a reliable contractor to undertake a large project for my grandmother. She owns a multi-family house and it was in severe disrepair. To make the house livable again, four of the five apartments needed to be completely renovated along with fixing major structural issues. Jim assured me that his team could handle a project of this size. When all was said and done everything was redone down to the studs, engineered beams were put in place to secure the sagging structure, and new exterior stairs were created to make for safe access.
Were it not for studs remodeling I would have had to sell the house for pennies on the dollar and relocate my grandmother. They do the finest work around, and even educated me along the way so I could see the process first hand. It was comforting to see where my money was being spent and why it was done that way.

"I am a REALTOR and have worked with Studs Remodeling for many years on about 15 projects from a small job installing a divider at a condo complex to a full renovation of a million-dollar lakefront home. They have the skills, staff, and tools to take on large and complicated projects and will do it on time - I can vouch for this since I've seen it firsthand. They work extremely hard and stay focused to meet deadlines. I have represented them in the purchase and sale of dilapidated foreclosed homes and it's amazing to witness their vision when entering a "helpless" property and then to see the glorious finished product - often incorporating details one will only see in higher end homes such as trey and coffered ceilings, elaborate moldings, and exquisite kitchens.
